Holiday Season!

It's literally the most wonderful time of the year! Laughter, smiles, and being surrounded by family and friends is truly the best feeling when Christmas/ New Years is up. The smell of food, the Christmas tree, the lights shining throughout the neighborhood, and all the cheer of movies and music make my heart and myself smile big :D Although 2020 has been a tough year for many of us, with school/work/church and family/ friend events being online, it is so nice to still interact with loved ones near or far! This Christmas, I plan on having a family zoom call and plan to go Christmas light watching :) I'm not only excited about all the gifts that I will be opening, but really- it is because Jesus is truly the reason for the season!! It may sound cliché, but who could have imagined that a baby born in a manger and born from virgin Mary would be our ultimate savior and the reason we as Christians live?! I have learned to appreciate the little things in life because of COVID and so many lives at risk. I am thankful that I am healthy and breathing and able to celebrate such a joyous occasion with the warmth of the holiday spirits all around me! Since New Years is also coming up, I do plan to have some New Years resolutions. HAHA for me, it is incredibly hard to keep up to them or even commit to doing the things on my list, but I am determined to do it so that I can grow spiritually and as a person!! I am excited for what 2021 has in store for me! I have been picking up on so many hobbies during quarantine like baking and artsy stuff (I'm not good though LOL) but yeah I hope y'all have a good holiday and I love you guys<3
